All orders must be submitted online. 

If your institution requires purchasing department to complete the order, you can speed things up and reduce ordering mistakes by saving your order to a quote.  Quotes can be easily retrieved by the purchasing later.  The delivery time is based on the production schedule at the time of order, not the quote.  Quote is good for 30 days.  Expired quote may be re-activated by contacting us.  NeuroNexus Technologies make no promise to honor expired quotes.

We accept credit card, check, purchase order, and wire transfer as payment.

Credit card: we accept Master or Visa only.  If there's a transcation limit on your card, please indicate the limit in the comment box on the ordering page.

Check: all checks must be received and cleared before your order will be delivered.  This option may slow down the delivery schedule. 

Purchase order (PO): you must fax your official purchase order form.  Please do so after your order is submitted and indicate your order number of your PO form.  Payment is due Net30, 30 days after the delivery date of the products.

Wire transfer: please contact us for our bank information.  Please include your invoice number with wire so your account can be properly credited.
